I spoke with our Service Manager Billy and without a name he cannot reference the vehicle or issues to assist you. There are some times that certain models require equipment that only the maker's service department will have to use to correct a problem, this is why they referred I to Chrysler. Mr. Joseph came in on June 15 and we re-charged the AC and put dye in. No leaks were found. He came back in on the 24th and we put him in a rental car. We put more dye in and ran the vehicle all day. Still no leak found and additional freon was added. There was nothing found to repair on this vehicle. Mr. Joseph I am sorry that you feel we did not assist you completely.
