When I arrived to purchase the vehicle (after driving 4 hours), it hadn't even been vacuumed, let alone cleaned. I had to pay to have it detailed when I got home. They hadn't done a recent oil change, I found out after I got home. The vehicle had been in an accident, they did not disclose. The rear seat wasn't fitting correctly. It turns out when it was put back together, it was missing a nut and it did not fit properly. I had to modify to repair it (a lot of work). Both visor mirrors were broken. The advertised mileage was 34500. When I purchased it, it was 38800. They offered to fill the gas tank because of the difference. I admit I should have found some of things before I purchased it, however it was raining and difficult to spend time looking at it. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was from out of state, and they knew I wouldn't be bringing back for them to address these issues. It was another one of life's learning experiences. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

As a first time car buyer and recent college graduate I had some credit trouble which gave me trouble getting an affordable loan. John Sweeney (the salesman I worked with) walked me through every step of the way to still get the car I wanted at a price that I could comfortably afford, he also was able to find the car I was looking for at an outside dealer and have it at the dealer in a timely manner. Mr Sweeney also kept me informed through the whole process with phone calls and emails so I always knew what was going on. Overall great experience! More
Process was very easy and we felt no pressure during the sale. Negotiations for trade-in were easy and fair. Financing was available on-site, but we were not happy with the rate that was originally quoted from Huntington. I called a couple of different banks, got a better rate, and advised the dealer. Walt Sweeney got back immediately and said they would see if Huntington would lower the quoted rate, or we could switch the loan to another bank. We did have to go back a resign some papers, but it was well worth the visit as their finance team was able to even get a lower rate from Huntington than what my banks were offering. More
I love working with Walt Sweeney Ford, we have bought several cars from them in the past, and they have always gone out of their way to be very helpful. Phil the salesman is always very helpful, and mak several cars from them in the past, and they have always gone out of their way to be very helpful. Phil the salesman is always very helpful, and makes sure that we are completely satisfied with everything. It is always very quick on getting a loan through them and everyone is very friendly. I was recently in a car accident, and I had a Ford at that time, I love Ford cars, they are truely Ford Strong. I don't think I would be alive today with the accident that I was in, if I had been in another car other than a Ford. So I am very happy with Ford cars, and my Husband has always had Ford Trucks, he will not drive anything but a FORD. Thank you for your help. We really appreciate it very much. More
I came to Walt Sweeney Ford in hopes of buying my first new car. Mike was soo helpful; answering all my questions and letting me know about all options available. I came in the morning I decided to make my purchase unannounced, and Mike was there to help and was very understanding and did everything he could to make sure I left with what I wanted. After all was said and done, mike did a fantastic job working with a difficult, spontaneous and indecisive customer such as myself. He really impressed me with how dedicated he was to helping me out and as a first time buyer, I really appreciated it. Because of Mike Struble, I can say I'll definitely be a repeat customer. I wound up deaing with the Walt Sweeney Ford group based upon the history my wife, Judy, had with them over the years in auto needs. Service and dealer backing was never an issue. I just retired and my last three company-leased autos were Toyotas. Two Camrys and the last was an Avalon. All great autos with great service and backing by the Mike Albert group. It would have been easy to stay with Toyota and buy from one of the dealerships affiliated with MAL. I chose not too because of the Sweeney relationship with Judy. I also chose not to get involved with shopping with any other dealers, again, due to the Sweeney relationship. We met with John on the morning of April 2nd, I explained what I wanted and how I wanted to handled things. John understood and in a litte over an hour I had ordered the auto I wanted for pickup the following week, April 9th. I arrived at 09:30AM, did all the paperwork with the finance person and was out with my new Escape in a bit over one hour. All went just the way I wanted regarding the purchase, as I am sure that it will as long as I have the auto. A great experience that I will share with anyone of my contacts who may be needing an auto. More
John did a great job in helping me find a ford truck. He was very approachable and easy to get along with. We have had credit issues. When your in that situation you feel hesitant to apply for anything, much less a car loan. We will be using this loan to continue to reestablish our credit rating. They come out and say there is no sensors in the tires but they would put them in for 100 dollars a wheel are you kidding me And then try to tell me i knew the light was on when i bought it i dont think so .WHo would buy a car for 30g with only 7500 miles with sensor lights on come on guys More
