We really felt that our business was wanted and appreciated at Walt Sweeney. He was quite helpful in explaining the SYNC features as well as other features of the car. We had visited several other Ford dealerships in the Cincinnati area (others much closer to our home) and none of them honestly seemed to value us as potential customers. The only problem we encountered was with the financing department which necessitated a inconvenient trip to rectify an issue, but that was the only thing that was a little annoying to deal with after purchasing the car. Pat McMahon was great in helping my wife and I locate the exact vehicle that we wanted.Pat is a no pressure type of guy but kept in contact from day 1 to let me know what was going on. Once the deal was complete, John Treglia was extremely helpful with the financing portion and not at all pushy as far as things like life insurance, extended warranty and such (I purchased both without any prodding). The gentleman that prepared my vehicle, Nate, did a tremendous job. The vehicle just sparkled when I picked it up. Wish I could keep it looking that way all of the time. I wish I could have gotten a lower price and that's why I rated the price as just good.I don't really like bickering over price & value of my trade. We are extremely happy with our purchase overall. This is my second new vehicle from Walt Sweeney Ford and I probably will return when it's time to buy my Edge. Walt Sweeney is a very reliable dealership and the convenience to where I live also played a big part in my decision. The one thing that I would ask or recommend is that someone, salesman or whoever, take more time to go over the features of the car like they did when I bought my Exped. I have had to call the service dept twice already to find out why things on the dash were flashing & how to correct. Yeah, I know read the owner's guide. All I can say is I am it's a very lenghty book. More

Walt Sweeney My buying experience started on line. I picked the Ranger I wanted out of Walt Sweeney's inventory on a Sunday from their internet site. Walt Sweeney's internet agent got back to me early Monday morning; before other Dealerships from Ford and other Dealerships from 4 other competitive dealerships. Walt Sweeney had a great price for my selected Ranger and I called to set an appointment for Monday afternoon. I arrived around 4:30 pm. to take a test drive in the Ranger I had selected online. Walt Sweeney had the vehicle up from and ready to test drive before I arrived. The Ranger was perfect and I signed a purchase agreement within the hour. Price was as quoted from the first contact. Walt Sweeney was willing to get the vehicle ready to go within the hour, but I had a dinner to attend and set up an appointment to pick up the next day at noon. The vehicle was ready at noon the next day with a full tank of gas and looking as if it just came off the showroom floor. Justin Smith took the time to go over the trucks options, inspection of vehicle, and answered all questions I asked. Great Service!! I was very nervous when I went to buy a new car. All one really hears about salespeople in general is how "assertive" or "pushy" they can be. I used to train customer service/sales at a credit card company and am always "on alert" to the tactics that are used. I understand them but truly want to avoid them when I am shopping. I am pleased to say that my experience in buying my New Focus was a complete surprise. I was greeted promptly, introduced to the salesman, right away, and was treated with respect inspite of my circumstances-there was no judgement, just willingness to help. I was made to feel important. They asked me what "I" wanted-I told them and they delivered. I walked out of there extremely happy with the whole process. It was far easier than I expected and much easier than I had experienced in the past. I will definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman John Sweeney-personally. I found him to be quite knowlegeable and confident in his ability to assist me. He asked my permission to pull my credit information prior to doing so which was quite out of the ordinary. He was easy to talk to and gained my trust right away. I thank everyone for their time and effort and I am very very happy with my new FOCUS. Deb Elder More

Everyone at the dealer seemed to really care that I left there feeling that I was taken care of. They worked with me on the price of my trade in and the new car and I feel that I got a good deal on both without having to play games as some other dealers have done to me in the past. I have bought a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of dealers over the years and have never been treated any better than I was at Walt Sweeney Ford. I would recommend Mike Wilkins and Walt Sweeney Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
They treated us very well and I was happy that there was zero pressure to purchase the car. The was the one thing I was dreading about shopping for a new car. Michael did a great job when we went to look at a Freestar Handicap van. We really needed a new van for our son who is in a wheelchair and Michael showed us how to properly use all the equipment. He spent a great deal of time with us while John was trying to negotiate a deal with loan companies. Due to the extra equipment, it wasn't easy to get a loan for more than the blue book value but they did it!! We were extremely pleased with how much effort they went through for us. We love the van and would definitely recommend Walt Sweeney and Michael to everyone! More
I really liked the 1st Ford Fusion I drove but it cost higher than I could go. I drove a few other cars but nothing I liked as much. I wish I could have gotten more instruction with Sync. Sync has a tremendous amount of functionality. But it is only useful if you know how to use it. I went in looking for a new truck and Mike wilkens was my salesperson. I explained everything I was looking for and Mike was extremely helpful. He was not pushy. Ron Dressman took the time to explain all the different financing possibilities available to me. They were both very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to a friend , and will return if and when i am in the market for a new vehicle. More
