I am sorry to hear you were so disappointed in the service you received. I am happy to hear that you were satisfied enough with the vehicle to purchase it anyway. We provide an AutoCheck Vehicle History report to every customer, offer every customer a test drive, as well as the opportunity to have any vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic. When a customer arranges their own financing, through a credit union or other bank, we also must provide that institution, via the customer, all information about the vehicle.
