Trenton showed us all 3 levels of the Escape and compared and contrasted the features. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was able to answer all our questions. He and Tim had no problem with us taking an extended test drive. Long story short, we left a few hours later with our new Escape. Even though we were giving him our hard earned money, John made the business and paperwork pleasant and painless. More

Easy from Start to Finish I brought in my GM (Chevrolet) to trade in after having done pretty extensive research on what car I was looking for. I had emailed with Taylor Catron I brought in my GM (Chevrolet) to trade in after having done pretty extensive research on what car I was looking for. I had emailed with Taylor Catron previous to coming into the dealer. She was the only person at any Ford Dealer (4 total) that I had dealt with who was not pushy or rude at some point in the process. She set me up with Mark, and after I came in and Mark greeted me, I dealt with John pretty much the rest of the process. I got what I was looking for with my trade and everything was pretty easy from start to finish. I love my new Focus and I hope that the rest of my experiences with Walt Sweeney Ford are as effortless as this one was. More
