The car came in and next thing I know Bob Easterling was trying to step in (didn't even know him and I do hope he does not get credit for the sale as he didn't do a thing during the process of the sale) Tim was a great help in getting the car ordered and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted, was extremely patient with me as I asked a ton of questions multiple times, and then got me a Fusion with every single option I wanted at a more than fair price.
