Even with the accountants Lady I believe her name Megan . make me laugh couple of times. Loved it...she explain everything kept it simple in unstandable. My experience was great from the staff to the account people everybody was great and services was excellent.I would recommend Walt Sweeney too anyone looking the service is great n they there to help. However I was wrong! They got me approved with $0.00 down. Jenny was very helpful on working with me on what I could afford vs. what I could be approved for. She provided me with the best customer service I could ask for. She was patient with me to receive all of the documents. Unlike my previous experience with another dealer where they were judgmental of my situation, she was not. Wonderful Interpersonal skills! More

I went to many dealership before I came here. Most of them were very unpleasant , high pressure, was not a good experience . John went out of his way to work with me on a few issues on the truck but we were able to work them out .I am sure that John requested service to clean the truck before my pick up, however someone forgot to clean the inside, the carpet was vacuumed however the rest of the truck needed cleaning badly, I feel this order somehow slipped through the cracks...I am sure that all cars are detailed before buyer pick up. This is the only neg. comment I have , and the rest was all positive, I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman, honesty,and professionalism is what what you get. But if you are looking for a new Ford, Walt Sweeney is a great place to start (and finish). After getting a price from TrueCar, I was quickly connected with Jacob. Jacob was flexible with his time, attentive, and easy to speak with. Some salespeople can make you feel cornered. They are trained not to take "no" for an answer; after all, this is their livelihood. But you don't get that sense of pressure in dealing with Jacob and the rest of the team here. After agreeing to a price, we moved on to signing the stack of papers that goes into making any big purchase. Here again, Walt Sweeney's team made it easy on us.
