Went in for an oil change and furl filters replacement and finally 3 hours later they charged us $800...called a local dealership and would have been $200 less...literally the service was crappy and I wil and finally 3 hours later they charged us $800...called a local dealership and would have been $200 less...literally the service was crappy and I will never be going back there...the local dealership said their prices were packages and included the labor yet this one charged us separately for everything...I can say we learned our lesson and won't be going back... I paid dealership $3800 + for repairs on a car I drive. I took my truck in for repairs and was told there was a $164 diagnostic charge before anything started.
