Service Department same as Sales experience, POOR QUALITY Purchased 2018 Ram a year ago. On the day I purchased the truck I was on the lot over 30 minutes and was not ever greeted by anyone. I finally called Purchased 2018 Ram a year ago. On the day I purchased the truck I was on the lot over 30 minutes and was not ever greeted by anyone. I finally called the dealership from my car and ask to speak with the Sales Manager. After speaking with him he walked out and showed me a couple of Ram trucks. When he walked out two other Salesmen came over and tried to help. I purchased the vehicle but not from the Salesman but from the Sales Manager. I then left and returned serval hours later and the truck still had not been properly cleaned and detailed for delivery. The truck was finally brought around, still dirty and delivered to me. I left with the truck and had returned to the dealership until this past Saturday. I had a couple of recalls and a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed. When I picked up the truck I noticed the front of the hood and fender was covered with greasy smudge marks from the technician not putting any type of protective cover over the vehicle while servicing it. I walked back in side to let them know and literally could not find anyone. At this point I left and called back to let them know how the vehicle was returned to me. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE OR HAVE A VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! . More

Benefit of the doubt Dropped my truck off at 10am. I had an appointment for ball jointsto be installed and an alignment. I live 30 minutes away so I call twice to check on it. No returned calls. I show up at 4:45 PM only to be told the the alignment rack to not big enough for my truck. Now they where having computer issues that day from what I've been told. Not sure how this plays out in me not being notified hours before I showed up. More

Could not ask for better service! I brought in my new Toyota Tacoma for its very first oil and filter change. My husband and I bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee SR From customer service to the knowledge of the service technicians, Walt Massey CDJR is unbeatable. My husband and I bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT used from another dodge dealership, and after being treated poorly & disrespectfully at that dealerships service department transferred our remaining warranty and services to Walt Massey. I’m beyond thankful we did! Mrs. Becky Brown is always nice and a joy to talk with. One technician even road in our vehicle with me to understand the problem I was hearing/feeling more. I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he is the SRT Guru! His knowledge and ability to explain that knowledge is something to be respected. Thank you to all the other service men and women at Walt Massey for the hard work you do. I’ve since brought my Toyota Camry here as well for routine maintenance because of the care provided with our JGC SRT. More

First time visit I had a recall on my air bag and after contacting three other dealerships, this was the only one who had the part. I have never been in a dealership where it was so clean and provided so many amenities to take care of the customer. The service advisor met me when I drove up and showed me around as this was the first time I had been there. It was a very good experience! More
