I felt like everyone I met at Walt Massey, and You know how some people seem nice when they’re selling you something but it just doesn’t feel genuine? I felt like everyone I met at Walt Massey, and I think I literally met everyone working that night, was genuinely happy to meet me and they were willing to take the time to answer any questions I had from sales to service to finance. I never felt rushed and at the end of day I felt like I got a good deal. I’d gladly buy another truck from them in the future. They listened and cared about what I wanted Tera Dennis met us in the lot. I had know idea what I wanted to look at but I knew some features. I gave her my list and we looked at some options. Te Tera Dennis met us in the lot. I had know idea what I wanted to look at but I knew some features. I gave her my list and we looked at some options. Tera suggested I test drive a Chrysler 200. I fell in Love! Everything I wanted and things I didn't know I did. Financing was simple and Chuck did great to explain everything. I was ready to take my new car home when it happened...detailers had found a gash in one of.my tires! Tera and the great people of Walt massey would not allow me to take the car home until they replaced the tire.I got a loaner and was able.to pick my car up the next day! It just showed me that my safety and well being mattered too! More
