The Tech, Joe Lister did not know what he was doing. This is the Third time I have brought is truck in since purchase Eight months ago. The Engine is running Poorly and each time I bring it in they tell This is the Third time I have brought is truck in since purchase Eight months ago. The Engine is running Poorly and each time I bring it in they tell me it is fine and there are no CODES! Each time I bring it in the gas mileage will drop Three Miles/Gallon and we are now down to 19.8 MPG. The tech told me that it had bad motor mounts causing the mileage to drop and the Tachometer to fluctuate up 200RPM and Down 100 from idle. The Tech does not know what he is doing and the past two times I was in for the same problem the other Techs said everything was ok. This has been an on going problem since a week after the purchase. The truck also stalls when you put on brakes hard. I have had the truck nearly stall out twice in emergency when I was in near misses from other drivers. It was suggested that I bring it back and leave it another day this week to let another Tech have a look at it! I am doing my best to give your company an opportunity to resolve my 2017 GMC problems. More

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra that was having power steering issues on our way back from vacation. We stopped in here and were treated better then any dealership I’ve ever stepped foot in. I live in Louisiana but will gladly drive here to give them ANY of my business in the future. The receptionist Shannon is the best , we had 3 small kids with us. They have a play room with a TV in it, had 3 recalls on my vehicle they are fixing all 3 and it only took one hour. On a Saturday none the less .They even fed us lunch . Unbelievable experience came out of a scary situation . I’m so so grateful for this dealership and you would be crazy to take your. Business anywhere else More

transmission problems Time #4 for transmissions shudder. Dealership did a transmission flush and put in high temp transmission fluid. The dealership did a wonderful job. But, it looks like GMC corporate is unable to find a fix for the transmission problem. The flushed the system before: put in a regulator converter: put in an updated converter: and now flushed the system again. More

Going the extra mile. I took my truck in for a recall and oil change. While doing the oil change they discovered it was time for a new cabin air filter. When changing the f I took my truck in for a recall and oil change. While doing the oil change they discovered it was time for a new cabin air filter. When changing the filter they found leaves and trash in the duct work. Bobby had them take the time to clean everything out so I would have no problems in the future. That is what I call service. More
