Courteous and expedited service My Cadillac CTS was leaking transmission fluid. I had taken it to another shop that ultimately was not able to refill the fluid as promised. I came My Cadillac CTS was leaking transmission fluid. I had taken it to another shop that ultimately was not able to refill the fluid as promised. I came to the Massey dealer and taken in quickly by Amy McClure, the service representative. She was very pleasant and informative. The transmission was filled with fluid as requested. Afterwards, I was able to question the mechanic for some work I needed to do further on my car but could not then due to my schedule. I received the answers and was pleased with the service I received at Massey's. More
