Above and Beyond On Dec. 27, 2016 my car was giving me trouble. We just barely made it into our driveway that night and knew that there was no way it would make it back to Macon from Cochran. Then came the question as to how to get it up there. I called the dealership and spoke with Dexter. He advised me to call my insurance carrier for a roll-back to come and pick it up, but when that became too much of a hassle they sent a roll-back to pick it up themselves. When we arrived on the 28th with our disabled vehicle everyone did their best to make sure that our problems were taken care of. I was given a loaner to drive, but I didn't even make it back home before being called to say that my car was fixed. I turned around and returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. From Laura, our salesperson, to Dexter in the service area, we were very pleased with how our situation was handled. Everyone we came in contact with that day was extremely nice and professional. More
