They handed the work promptly and even performed another recall service I was unaware of. They called to let me know it was ready for pickup. GREAT service! 2014 Honda serviced By far this was the fastest service thus far.My appointment was at 9 and I got there at 8:30 and immediately I was taken car of. I had a 2 o'clock appointment and arrived early because I needed to pick up my granddaughter at 3. I told the person who greeted me this information and he said they would try to get me out of there in time to get her. At 2;30 my car was done! I was delighted. Not only was my car serviced but I was able to get my granddaughter on time. I appreciate their willingness to work with me on this issue. More

Costs were explained upfront and he listened and catered to requests to find more cost effective replacement parts when asked. He, also, identified 2 vehicle recall issues that he had addressed while my vehicle was being serviced. I was able to notice immediate improvements in my car's performance after the work was completed. It was a pleasant experience. More
