My Honda experience Today'was a Great Honda experience for me. My first phone call with Shavon Toomer, the Internet Rep, Dylon Smith, Sales Manager. Tony Tennyson, my Sa Today'was a Great Honda experience for me. My first phone call with Shavon Toomer, the Internet Rep, Dylon Smith, Sales Manager. Tony Tennyson, my Sales Agent, was very knowledgeable, professional and patient in explaining the features on my car. Last but not least, Matthew Slaughter, the Finance Manager. They all worked as a "Team" to make this happen for me. My wait time was not long at all. They ask questions like, what was I looking for in a car so, therefore when I got there Mr. Tony Tennyson took me to a 2019 SUV that I would drive home in about 2 1/2 hours later. That's test driving the car, explaining the amazing features and paperwork. More

There was no pressure whatsoever and we were very pleased by the experience. My wife sustained an injury that has resulted in very limited use of her arms about six months after we bought the Civic. Even after a year of therapy, she still cannot drive more than about ten miles at a time and getting in and out of the Civic was taxing as well because of the ride height. So we decided to explore a possible upgrade that would be easier on her. We were very pleased to have Cedric once again and he took the time to let us drive a CR-V and a Pilot. The Pilot won, hands down. Not only is she able to get in and out of it much easier, but the ride is exceptional. She is very sensitive to less than smooth roads and the Pilot has made them so much more tolerable. One added bonus is the power lift gate since she cannot lift her arms high enough to close it otherwise. Another really nice surprise is the ease of the steering. I am really impressed with how little effort is involved in it. Don't get me wrong; the Civic was as good as any, but the Pilot is noticeably easier - almost too easy for me, but what a blessing for her. Many, many thanks to Cedric for his help! More

Purchase of CRV After doing much research, we decided to go to Walsh to see what deal we could get on a CR-V. Scott Goff was our salesperson and did a great job. After doing much research, we decided to go to Walsh to see what deal we could get on a CR-V. Scott Goff was our salesperson and did a great job. No pressure at all and he had a wonderful caring personality. He worked hard to get the deal we were looking for and we bought a new 2019 CR-V EX-L. The only xxxx-up was the interest rate. A simple misunderstanding by the finance dept. lead to a higher APR rate than what was on the Honda website. This was taken care of by Scott and we got the correct rate. Mistakes happen, if corrected, no harm no foul. In this case Scott went to bat for us. Over all great buying experience. By the way we traded in our 2007 Honda Pilot which we bought from Walsh also. More

The experience was terrific as it always is. Honda had a recall for the battery software on the Accord Hybrid. The service was scheduled quickly and was excellent.
