Not happy with service. Bought a car from Walser recently and I am experiencing an issue with the vehicle and no one was helpful on finding the issue. Service was fine but there was a small dent and chip above the driver side door handle that was NOT there before I dropped the car off. The car is practically brand new and now has this defect. I called above the driver side door handle that was NOT there before I dropped the car off. The car is practically brand new and now has this defect. I called and left a message about it the same evening (Saturday) and no one has responded or called me back (now Wednesday). Pretty disappointing since otherwise I’ve had a great experience with this dealership, this is my first new car purchase ever and it’s a big bummer. More

It is a really long drive for me to get my oil changed here, but I trust they will do a good job-so I make the effort. Brenden (I think that’s his name) was great to work with.
