Waited for nearly 15 minutes then decided to go to agent to see if car was done. Agent was sitting at desk with my paperwork laying there and he was playing with some hand folded paper daydreaming as my paperwork sat on his desk while he did nothing until I ask if my car was done and he completed the sale. If I had not inquired I might have sat there for who knows how long! My time is worth $100 per hour. If Walser people have no more respect for customers time than this illustrates I have no reason to go back to have my time wasted. More

He Antonio Mena, our salesperson, is who sold us on purchasing from the Bloomington, Walser Toyota. He is knowledgeable and a dedicated employee. He made the purchase fun and an easy process. It took two hours to process the paperwork which was too long but we didn't think it was he fault. Probably the facility needs to hire more processors to expedite the process. Antonio is a gem and should be treasured! More
My husband brought my car in to have the headlight lamp changed. It is a Toyota Yaris, and things are crammed together so tight, it's hard for us to get in there and do it on our own, so we bought our own changed. It is a Toyota Yaris, and things are crammed together so tight, it's hard for us to get in there and do it on our own, so we bought our own bulb and were willing to pay for the labor. He sat there for an hour and 20 minutes before he is told that the old lamp fused to the case and the whole thing needed to be replaced. We waited for months to order a new part. The part finally arrived so I took my car in last weekend to get the whole case put in, only to find out, there was no problem with the lamp fusing to begin with. I could have been driving with two headlights for months now and all of this would have been cheaper if your mechanics hadn't misdiagnosed it in the first place. This whole thing was ridiculous and I am feeling entitled to some kind of compensation. I had to drive from Duluth to Minneapolis with one headlight because I was waiting for this part to come in and we didn't even need it. More
I was so impressed and grateful with the fact that Walser provided me with a Lyft home and back to the dealership because my car was going to take a few hours to be serviced. I was told I probably should get new tires even though the tires I had were relatively new, it’s not the first time they suggested I purchase something when that item was recently purchased from them. Acc the tires I had were relatively new, it’s not the first time they suggested I purchase something when that item was recently purchased from them. According to my husband, I swapped out a perfectly good battery At their suggestion. Also, I spent over $300 at the dealership. I felt the least they could do was wash my car. It was 42°. More
