Everyone was great. Clean and well organized dealership. Very quick process from calling about an add and getting us driving the car. The only thing I didn't like about it (and I know all dealerships do this) is how pushy they are trying to sell the warranties and packages. It must be a big portion of the salespersons money made so it makes them say things that are a stretch of the truth at best. Then in turn it makes you feel guilty. You want your salesperson to be paid well and succeed but I don't feel the warranties that the majority of people will not benefit from is not the way to do it, in my opinion. More

The new Bloomington location is very impersonal, no one even noticed I was there for 5 minutes. There was a very rude woman filling the coffee machine who completely ignored me when I asked where the bathr even noticed I was there for 5 minutes. It took over an hour even with an appointment but the friendly people at Midas in Bloomington only took 30 minutes and was a third of the price so I’ll probably go back there. More
