Tommy Pleau is probably the most knowledgeable and entertaining person I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had my auto in for a recall which Toyota notified me about. Within minutes of checking in, I received texts from the dealership asking me to sell my car to them and agree to their terms which I needed t about.
