I went into the Walser Dealership thinking it was more of a dream to try and get the new Camry. John had surprised me with a lower price on the camry than what I had been researching and in the end I came ou a dream to try and get the new Camry. Bought a car in May from Spike which was a good experience. Have put on less the 300 miles on the car when the "check engine" light came on. Went to talk to the used car sales manager and he said that I should have bought a warranty on the car. I would have thought a quick diagnostic check would have told us that the fuel filter needed to be changed. I found this out at my neighborhood BP station. They charged me $50 total. Don't buy a car from Walser. As much as they stress relationship, it really is about screwing you when they can. More

i purchased an 2003 oldmobile alero 2 weeks ago and absolutly love it. My Wife and I was involved in an accident when moving to the state of Minnesota and our car was totaled. We came across Walser Toyota and decide to check them out. The sales manager that handle my perspective sale was very unprofessional. I had questions regarding the pricing policy and instead of asking me to a place with a little more privacy she proceeded to ad very unprofessional. When I expressed my opinion of the policy as being not to my liking the sales manager proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed as well as the rudeness with which I was addressed. I won't be taking my business to this dealership and I will advise anyone who asks the same. More

I knew what I was wanting, but just weighing out my options...I was very impressed with his vast knowledge of the Lexus RX 350 and the amount of time he spent out of his valuable schedule to make sure I was more than educated before my purchase. I was nervous about the "No Haggle" policy, but I know now that I could not ever go back to dealing with the regular hassling dealers/dealerships.
