Our experience with the dealership was positive from start to finish. Dave Thomas, our salesperson, was personable and diligent in following up with me. (I had submitted requests for quotes from three different dealerships, and Dave at Walser was by far the most pleasant to speak with). When my husband and I finally showed up for a test drive, Dave took us out and explained how to drive the car in a straight-forward manner. Originally, we had planned simply to lease one Prius, but my husband decided it was time to trade his car in. Tony Troussov met with my husband the next day to evaluate my husband's car. We were surprised to learn that my husband could do a "one-pay" lease based on the value of his car. We then came into the dealership the following night, and although the transactions took over two hours, it felt like a party...all these employees came by to say hello, Tony handed out business cards with the title, "Chief Lavatory Inspector," while Dave kept things rolling and we learned that the city printed on each employee's name badge was where they were born. Dave made sure the cars were prepped and all of our questions were answered, such as how to get nature license plates, etc. Finally, when we were all set to drive off in our new cars, we enjoyed a very pleasant discussion with Dave under the stars for another 20-30 minutes. This was after Dave had put in a 12-hour day...I was amazed at the patience he had at the end of a long day. My husband and I both feel we can go back to the dealership at any time with any questions or problems, and we'll be treated with courtesy and in a responsive manner. A far cry from some other dealerships we've experienced! More

When I visited Walser Toyota looking for a new/used car John was the first person to come out and talk to me. He was nothing but helpful and never pressured me into a vehicle. On Saturday September 18th Josh knew we were coming in to look at a 2011 Camry and he was ready for us.My son had done research and had contacted Josh the day before. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I felt I ended up with a terrific deal! Two days prior to this I was not even considering getting a new car. I was impressed by how quickly the entire process took. I never expected to leave with a new car the same day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
