When my fiance and I walked through the door of Walser we were greeted by the General Manager and he saw to it that we got assistance immediately and he put us in touch with Megan McDonough. Megan was personable, helpful, very down to earth and never pushy. She spent the next couple hours working with us until we thought we found "the one". When we changed our minds at the last minute and decided we wanted to come back on Monday and look at a few more options she didn't even bat an eye. She said she would meet us there as early as we wanted and it was HER DAY OFF! Her dedication to excellence was apparent because she wasn't willing to stop until we found the right fit. She worked with us again on Monday from 8:30am-3pm and never complained. We felt very taken care of. Once we purchased the vehicle they gave it a wash and it wasn't until then that we noticed a touch of rust near the wheel well. Megan made sure to alert management and they even offered to touch up that area for me at no cost. Mad props to Mark Rubey too as he gave us some great advice! Overall, we love the car and felt as though Walser and their staff knew how to make two first time car buyers feel comfortable and respected. They provided all kinds of entertainment for my son; movies, video clips, crayons, balloons, treats and I even got to enjoy a couple of specialty coffee's...what a luxury!! I didn't think it would be even remotely possible to get into a Rav4 but from financing to the appraisal I knew that the people working on the deal were going to be fair to me and to the business. I have been to other dealerships and NEVER has anyone cared about my entire experience as what Walser did. I will refer all of my friends to them and am a customer for life! Overall our experience with this dealership was quite good. We have leased vehicles from Walser Toyota in the past so we are familiar with the product/service; we returned based on previous good sales/se good. From a customer service/price standpoint we were a bit dismayed to learn of needing to purchase floor mats (not standard equipment anymore?) and the already installed "door edge guard" that was far too expensive for what appears to be minimal protection; so right off the bat we were into adding $300.00 to the cost of the vehicle! The sales staff could not have been any friendlier - "Spike" was great to work with as was Mary who answered our questions and assisted us as well; both are superb and genuine people. Lastly, the product itself (2011 RAV 4) is everything I hoped for in a new vehicle of this type - it is solid, responsive, and attractive. We look forward to the next 36k miles of riding enjoyment!
