My wife and I do not like shopping for cars. So it was an inauspicious start to the day when we arrived at Walser Bloomington Toyota and had to stand in line just to talk to the receptionist. The salesman my wife had talked to on the phone was on a test drive, so we found the car we were interested to see and we waited. The salesman found us. And once we engaged with Quentin Allen, the rest of the day went very well. Mr. Allen did everything he could to accommodate our questions and concerns. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional throughout the afternoon. We found a car that will suit our needs and were offered a very fair deal through a combination of price and trade-in. Our overall experience with Walser was first rate. We dealt with a terrific salesman and received a fair deal. We would recommend Walser Toyota and Quentin Allen to anyone shopping for a car! More
Joel spent a significant amount of time with us. He was aware of our concerns and addressed them. He was not pushy and allowed us the time we needed to come to our decision. I went in one night on a whim to see about trading in my 2006 Scion for a newer model. I talked with some sales people and became more familiar with the leasing process. I had a lot of questions about leasing and the staff really made me feel comfortable and excited about that option. I ended up trading in my car and leasing a new Scion. I got a great trade-in AND lower monthly payments. I was blown away by the customer service during my entire experience at Bloomington Toyota, especially of Megan. She went above and beyond to make my experience easy, fast & stress free. She even drove out to my work more then once for paperwork and last minute details when I wasn't able to get to the dealership during the week. She kept in contact with me a few times a day: by text, phone calls, and email. Bill was also very personable and friendly the night when I went in to retrieve my new car. I really liked him!! He was so sweet to me and very helpful. He wasn't in a rush, and I felt like I was the only customer they were taking care of. He explained everything to me about my new car, went over the manual, and escorted me to my car. These days it's hard to really feel like you've walked away and experienced great customer service and I was just so pleased. Everyone at Bloomington Toyota says hello, everyone wants to greet you, help you, and talk with you, sometimes it's like 4-5 people are helping you all at one time and you feel like royalty, no matter what you're in the market for. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle having relied heavily on the online portion of a dealership's service. When I had questions he was great about giving me the answers he knew, and wasn't afraid to ask his team leader if he wasn't sure. The Walser environment was a breath of fresh air! The team concept gave me a more positive experience than I've had in past dealing with vehicle purchase. Team leader Ledberg (not sure I spelled that right)was exceptional. Walser has a great reputation, and I am excited to have been able to find a vehicle that fits our family's needs. I am also looking forward to using the perks that Walser provides! More
I really enjoyed working with the staff at Walser. They really made me feel comfortable with what I wanted to spend. At most dealerships, they have made me feel like my business was not good enough becaus really made me feel comfortable with what I wanted to spend. I started my search on the Internet. The SUV was priced at exactly what I wanted to pay and it was exactly what I've spend a couple months searching for--actually thought I'd have to order it! I'd researched my trade-in before coming in and got exactly what I wanted there too. Brian was informative and friendly--easy to talk to. Tom was great also! He handled both the trade-in and the finance part of it. Again, informative and easy to talk to. Buying a new vehicle is always a long process (we were there for about four hours) and I know that can't be changed, but it wasn't frustrating in the least! More

We had been in contact with Joel in the fall of 2010 considering another car. Timing wasn't good but experience with staff, especially Joel was so outstanding we remembered him and asked for him this sp considering another car. Scott Swenson provided excellent service. Scott had been working with me for months. and even when I did not have all the money to buy the car, he followed up with me from time to time and made sure I had Walser present when the time to buy came, and it did pay off. I bought my brand new car, I'm happy and I got a great deal on it. I can recommend to work with Scott with eyes closed. Great asset for Walser. More
