Brian and the rest of the staff were efficient, friendly, and not pushy. We had the 2yr old with us and had to work in "shifts" to finish the loan portion and the staff took it in stride and we never felt w and not pushy. I've enjoyed my experience a LOT and would recommend this dealership and this particular salesman to anyone. I've also worked with Kyle Donnay who did my loan application and felt like he was on top of things. I've even met the general manager of the store Tony Troussov who helped to resolve me the issue. Right after I drove home I've noticed a small dent on my door. I came back and Tony himself went outside to take a look at it, apologized and said that they will take care of it no problem. Like my son said we went for an oil change and left with a new car!
