I've been a Walser Toyota customer since 2008 & this experience was the first less than stellar service I've experienced. There was a lack of status updates on my vehicle and it took almost an hour long experience was the first less than stellar service I've experienced. While the service staff was apologetic, it doesn't change the fact I had to adjust the rest of my plans for the day. More

Very nice environment but it took about 1. 5 hours for an oil change which it too long. The dealer I worked with was so chill and gave me a discount and didn’t pressure me into a warranty when I straight up said I’m not getting an extended warranty. I thought that was very respectful of him and have had issues in the past at Rochester Toyota where they almost wouldn’t take no for an answer when I said I didn’t want an extended warranty. He was super quick, explained everything , let me test drive it by myself, so easy to work with. Best dealer/salesman I’ve had with Toyota and this is my 3rd brand new Toyota vehicle purchase in the last 1 1/2 years. I highly recommend Walser if you are looking to get a Toyota in Minnesota! I didn’t receive the towing package listed on the website listing which was the main reason I was buying an suv. Disappointed they didn’t cover installing that as it wasn’t much extra but I’ll have to do it listing which was the main reason I was buying an suv. Not completely satisfied but they did do a good job with everything else and the towing package may not be on them completely but I expected them to cover because it was on the listing and they did not. Hitch receiver and wiring I’ll have to do on my own. More
