I am wondering why I should buy a truck from a company that does not contact me as they said they would. I test drove a Toyota Tacoma on Sat. June 4th...this in itself was an interesting experience as the that does not contact me as they said they would. I test drove a Toyota Tacoma on Sat. June 4th...this in itself was an interesting experience as the sales person at one point described how much a friend of his disliked their Tacoma?? Due to closing time we could not finish a deal so I was told I would receive a phone call on Monday June 6th...I did not get a call. In fact I had to call back on Tues. June 7th. I spoke to a different sales person as the people I spoke to on Sat. were not there. I had received a call from Wells Fargo by this point so I was informed that I had received credit for the purchase but he could not tell me the terms! It is now Thursday evening and I still have not received a phone call for your company! I have chosen to take my business elsewhere...how can I have any faith that a company that cannot contact me regarding my business with them to be a company I can count on in the future? I am sorry that my experience with Walser Toyota was not more positive. More

I have been to many car dealerships over the years but never remember having as good an experience as with Walser Toyota, and Bob Spicher. Spike was really great to work with and the rest of the staff was never remember having as good an experience as with Walser Toyota, and Bob Spicher. Spike was really great to work with and the rest of the staff was also very friendly. The GM Tony even spent a few minutes talking with us and is a great guy. The overall experiance I had on trading my car and getting an used one was really good. Tiffany was great to work with. There was an extra wait time for the finance department due to back log of customers. I guess I was near the end of the line. Finance was excellent at obtaining the right loan for me so once I did get in it was quick and made up for lost time waiting for a room/terminal. More

I decided to buy out my leased car. I talked with someone a few days before and came back with my decision. I was then led over to someone who got me started and sent me over to Quentin last name don't know. He was very friendly, component, and respectful of my decision to buy out my car and answered all of my questions and concerns I had. I was then brought over to John Mauer to finance my car and that experience was equally as pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More

Sales person Bronwyn was friendly and did a great job bringing us through the sales process (including cleaning off a few stains from the roof liner of the truck we were buying!). They helped coordinate the transfer and delivery of my truck from MN to TX. It was a good transaction, vehicle arrived and was exactly what I expected and in great condition as described. I got a great price and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Very few companies exist out there that deliver on their promise, these guys went above and beyond! The staff is amazing we think its great how they joke around with each other and have a good time at work to make it a fun experience for everyone. One of the great things as well is anytime we have a question we just need to call and Spike is always available to answer whatever we need. Oh and the burger he recommended from PR's was FABULOUS =) while we were waiting for the car to be washed and detailed.
