Liz really knows her products, and was helpful in sorting out which vehicles would give me what I needed first, and then determining how best to get what I wanted on top of that. Pat is her team lead, and out which vehicles would give me what I needed first, and then determining how best to get what I wanted on top of that. Pat is her team lead, and when there was a question on the brand new computer system, he was on top of it right away. Good backup for his reps, and very helpful when Liz was called away for a moment. Jason gave my husband and I 3 different financing options to choose from, and gave good explainations of the advantages and disadvantages of each. I am a repeat customer of Walser's because they are up front about pricing and don't push the customer towards a vehicle based on commissions. More

After buying 5 vehicles from Walser/ Kenny M. the past 8- 10 years, we decided to call him last March to help us maybe continue business with Walser. After looking at Jeeps, Huyndai's, GMC's, & Toyota's, we ended up at Walser Toyota & Kenny introduced us to Katie Sanders.(We miss Walser Chev. though!!) Katie is a positive, patient,& upbeat salesperson who worked very hard to satisfy me. This was going to be my first car I didn't have to think about kids to share with & pick just for myself to use!! (Of course, Kenny M. worked hard to meet me at all the Walser dealerships & then this past 2 weeks at Walser Toyota!!) This is "Why" we come back to Walser!! Kenny M. is WONDERFUL & now Katie Sanders is Great to have as a new contact! We really appreciate all the patience & knowledge of what these 2 people did for us! Thank-you once again to Kenny M. & Katie S.!! Sincerely, Carol T. Zaudtke More
I appreciated the honest salespeople and no-pressure approach to selling the vehicle. I felt like I was making the decisions and the salesperson was guiding me through the experience, providing the info approach to selling the vehicle. I felt like I was making the decisions and the salesperson was guiding me through the experience, providing the information I needed or the pointing me towards those who could answer my questions. Some wait time but that is to be expected when buying a new car. Overall, a good experience. More

Bronwyn Fitzgerald provided superb service. She was professional, straightforward, very helpful. She represented everything that Walser Toyota says it wants to do: provide information, assist in deci professional, straightforward, very helpful. She represented everything that Walser Toyota says it wants to do: provide information, assist in decision making, "empower" the customer. She was able to answer nearly all of our questions. When she did not know the answer, she would say, "That's a good question. I'll need to find the answer for you." And then she found the answer. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to buy a Toyota. The experience of dealing with her was unmatched in my history of buying cars (over 50 years). It is difficult to rate the dealership as a whole because the experience was excellent with Ms. Fitzgerald but marred by our dealings with the people in finance. From them we received the same old high-pressure, fast talking treatment that is characteristic of most car sales people. In particular, Mr. Folstad tried to sell us numerous services and other extras that we clearly said we did not want--and yet he persisted and insinuated that we were making serious errors by turning them down. If I were to go to Walser Toyota again, I would ask not to deal with him. Mr. Brown was similar although less aggressive. The price is fixed at Walser Toyota and for this reason I have indicated it was OK. I had gone to 2 other dealers. Their asking prices were higher but they haggle, so the final prices would have been lower than those initially stated. I much prefer not to haggle, and so I appreciate Walser's policy on this point. Nick Ryan helped us find the right used car and gave us every reason to purchase from Walser Toyota. In fact, if it wasn't for Nick's positive attitude and willingness to please a potential customer... we every reason to purchase from Walser Toyota. In fact, if it wasn't for Nick's positive attitude and willingness to please a potential customer... we most certainly would have gone somewhere else. We started looking at cars Monday night and Nick went on a number of test-drives with us to help us narrow down the model and options my wife and I were looking for. I returned on Wednesday to look at a few more models with hopes of taking another test-drive with Nick. When I arrived, I walked inside the sales office to try and locate Nick since I didn't have an appointment. I was kindly greeted at the front desk and the young lady called Nick and left him a message since he was currenlty on a test-drive with another customer. She then asked if I minded another salesman taking me out since Nick was busy. I was running short on time so I thought that was a great idea. She then asked a younger salesman (sorry but I didn't get his name) who was just standing by the front desk if he could take me out on a test drive quick. He proceeded to ask me what type of car, who I had been working with, what I had driven previously, etc. and then told me he was too busy to take me out for a test-drive. I politely asked if there was any chance I could take a vehihle out on my own (they already had my driver's licencse) since Nick was with a customer and this other gentlemen was entirely too busy to help me. It's been a while since I purchased a vehicle but in the past I never had any trouble test-driving cars by myself so I didn't think it was a stupid question. This guy looked at me as if I was crazy for asking and said "There is no way that's going to happen". I don't know about you but a simple explanation about safety, liability, or anything else would have been a little more professional. I was so irritated by this response that I had to wait outside. I waited another 20 minutes outside as I witnessed this same guy still standing at the front desk talking to the young lady who was trying to work. I am pretty sure this guy could have taken me for a test-drive or two in those 20 minutes. Luckily for Walser Toyota, Nick returned shortly and even while he was still working with his customer, sprinted out to the parking lot to greet me and to let me know that he would be with me as soon as he could. 15 minutes later Nick was out with a set of keys to the car I eventually ended up buying from Walser Toyota. Again, if it wasn't for Nick's positive attitude and willingness to please a potential customer, I would have left as soon as this other salesman so rudely told me he was too busy to help me. I would definately recommend my friends and family to work with Nick when purchasing a car but I was not impressed with anything else. More

I am wondering why I should buy a truck from a company that does not contact me as they said they would. I test drove a Toyota Tacoma on Sat. June 4th...this in itself was an interesting experience as the that does not contact me as they said they would. I test drove a Toyota Tacoma on Sat. June 4th...this in itself was an interesting experience as the sales person at one point described how much a friend of his disliked their Tacoma?? Due to closing time we could not finish a deal so I was told I would receive a phone call on Monday June 6th...I did not get a call. In fact I had to call back on Tues. June 7th. I spoke to a different sales person as the people I spoke to on Sat. were not there. I had received a call from Wells Fargo by this point so I was informed that I had received credit for the purchase but he could not tell me the terms! It is now Thursday evening and I still have not received a phone call for your company! I have chosen to take my business elsewhere...how can I have any faith that a company that cannot contact me regarding my business with them to be a company I can count on in the future? I am sorry that my experience with Walser Toyota was not more positive. More
