My intent was to find a smaller car with better gas mileage that would replace my much larger car. This was not a quick decision for me as it required finding a car that "felt" as good. I therefore found myself coming back numerous times to drive the Toyota Camry as I drove other cars as a comparison. I began with Kevin Danh and wound up closing the deal with one of his partners, Bob "Spike" Spicher. Both gentlemen provided me with all the answers to my questions while not pressuring me at any time. If they didn't have time, being with another customer, they found someone to help me. I was offered additional add-on's, when I finally decided to buy my car, but never felt I was being pushed to do so. It was over-all a very pleasant experience. It's obvious why this is my third car I've purchased from Walser Automotive. I recommend both Bob and Kevin highly. Kevin's wife just bought a new Camry, and Bob, well Bob is "Groovy." :) More

The minute we walked into the dealership we were greeted by Spike. He was extremely helpful and accomodating. Great service and friendly staff. Very streamlined process that took a lot of stress out of the buying process. This is the 3rd Toyota in a row that I've leased from Spike...I won't even "shop" anywhere else...Walser has the best service department ever and appts are on time and I've never had to wait longer for o Spike...I won't even "shop" anywhere else...Walser has the best service department ever and appts are on time and I've never had to wait longer for oil changes than I was told. They have a system of customer service and maintenance that works. Spike is the best....knowledge and customer service and sense of humor are the best! Several times I've just stopped in at the dealership for a question and received prompt cheerful answers....just this morning I stopped in to have someone help set up my Blue Tooth on my new Rav 4 and there was no shortage of fellows willing to help me right then...and in no time it was working great! Shopping for a new car is one of my least favorite activities but thanks to Spike and staff I'm happy and smiling in a new vehicle in a couple of hours. Painless....and lots of humor in the process. We visted Walser Toyota looking to test drive a Toyota Rav4 that was listed on Cars.com. We happen to show up on an incredibly busy day. It was so busy that we had to be put onto a waiting list to see a car sales associate. While waiting for our turn Bob "Spike" Spicher approached us in the show room and asked if he could help. Spike was very friendly and easy to talk to which made it easy for us to ask him questions. Bob has a very layed back personality. It was fun listening to some of the banter between him and his coworkers. We didn't feel any pressure from him to add extras to our purchase. This was our first visit to the Walser Toyota dealership in Bloomington and it was very good experience. I strongly recommend this dealership and working with Bob, if possible. More
