There is a steering issue with the 4Runner. Will be taking it to Toyota in Baxter to figure out whats wrong. Picked up the vehicle on Saturday, February 3rd. Drove it home on February 4th. Once the vehicle got up to 60MPH, the steering wheel shook really bad. I ordered another key fob. Was charged 1 hr of labor. Only took 30 mins. Your dealership is only about making a sale and collecting the cash. Customer service sucked! First & last vehicle I bought from you guys. More
Under Toyota care, I had 4 long service calls and one reasonable time. I had two warranty issues with no real resolution. The service left me a neutral opinion on the service. I think they would be fine in a a solute failure diagnosis, but trouble shooting a bit and miss issue and how slow basic service appointments went concen me about excessive time charges. More
