After performing an oil change on my vehicle, the mechanic failed to catch all of the old dirty oil which has now coated much of the underside engine area and oil pan. Well the reason for a one star is I left this dealership mad as xxxx. When I got there I asked the service advisor if they could not wash the car and they agreed that they would not wash the car. The reason I didn't want it washed is because on the prior Thursday I had just washed it and but all the tire and trim shine on which isn't water proof so I didn't feel like having to do all the all over again. The one thing I cannot tolerate is people who lie to you and don't keep their word. I don't see what is so hard about being truthful. More
