Additionally, the ECU problem was a recall for 2020 Highlanders, which was never done on my vehicle or my vehicle wasn’t affected. However, the mechanic attributed it to a pop. Our three-year-old has sat in that spot since owning the vehicle and we’ve never even let her try juice. Similar complaints have been reported online, and I intend to file a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). More

My adviser did not explain how the battery charger worked. He told me to read the manual in the box he put in my car. There was no manual, only a code which I had to scan and go to a website. We felt the customer service was poor. We paid to reserve a vehicle and waited over a month for it to arrive then were told we had to get it same day (with no real notice) or they would gi We paid to reserve a vehicle and waited over a month for it to arrive then were told we had to get it same day (with no real notice) or they would give back to Toyota or sell to someone else - less than 8 hrs notice! We had other work and family commitments but they had no flexibility to accommodate us. And we needed the vehicle. So we had to drop everything to rush in - only to wait for them every step of the way in a slow process that took over 2.5 hours. They hadn’t even prepped the vehicle but we were told we had to come in asap. All of it was completely ridiculous from a customer service perspective. The reps we worked with were friendly but did not know enough about the vehicle or the process and had to constantly check with others or look up info which took longer. Sometimes they gave us inaccurate information such as remote start capabilities. They also didn’t know to tell us the sensor on the back gate of the vehicle wouldn’t work if we added a hitch, we almost disabled one of our favorite features because they didn’t know enough about the product. Will not be shopping here in the future. More

They changed my oil and oil leaked all over my garage floor. I brought it back in and they changed the oil again but never gave a satisfactory answer why there was such a large leak.
