Came in for oil change took nearly two hours and had to go remind service advisor that my car was done. My keys and paperwork were under a pile of other papers. Requested a car wash but was told that’s a 5 go remind service advisor that my car was done. My keys and paperwork were under a pile of other papers. A couple of issues with a used car purchase. They aren't the Walser shop that did the intake on the car but they owned the issues and took care of them. 100% satisfied. The technician left without communicating that he was gone for the day. A big fancy building doesn't change the fact that car dealerships are truly all the same. You'll get a lemon here just the same at Walser that you would any small pokey dealership that doesn't have fr dealerships are truly all the same. You'll get a lemon here just the same at Walser that you would any small pokey dealership that doesn't have free coffee and popcorn, the only difference here is that they'll act like they're doing you a favor as they sell you useless add ons that jack up your monthly price that have about 200 exclusions each (so they don't have to make good on the products YOU'RE paying for) Avoid, avoid, avoid unless you have more money than common sense. The place was so busy that the person helping me with my purchase as working with me and another person at same time. Put my plates on and had a kid pair my phone to car and he left, did not even say thank purchase as working with me and another person at same time. I was sold a car that had and issue that caused a noise while driving. I brought the vehicle back and after some hassle the dealership was able to fix it and return it back to me free of charge. The service department was phenomenal, especially Mike Benson. However, the sales manager Troy was inconsiderate, rude and did not listen to what we had to say about the car which led to unnecessary hours of waiting all because he didnt care to listen to what the problem was. Wasted our time and service's time. Overall happy I got to take the car home, but very disappointed in how we were treated by sales. More
