I previously had used another Toyota Dealer for Service. I called and was told that rear brake service on my 2015 Highlander would be $526.51 + Tax. I scheduled my first appointment with a person over the p I called and was told that rear brake service on my 2015 Highlander would be $526.51 + Tax. I scheduled my first appointment with a person over the phone. At arrival, the service agent told me that it could be as much as $620 but that they would look to resurface my rotors. I proceeded with the service. At completion, the service agent mentioned that they could not surface the rotors and that the total came to $643, which was higher than the max estimate. When I inquired about it, I was told that they removed $35 of shop fees, or it would have been even higher. At $643, it was $83 higher than originally communicated. If they were hoping to make a good first impression, they didn't. I don't know that I can trust their pricing at all. On the positive side, I can say that their facilities were nice and the work/waiting areas were nice. More

We have been going to Walser since we bought the car from them in 2014. They are always reliable. A couple of minor issues arose on a busy Saturday morning this time, prompting me to recommend weekday appoin them in 2014. They are always reliable. A couple of minor issues arose on a busy Saturday morning this time, prompting me to recommend weekday appointments: 1.) The estimated wait time was 90 minutes, not the usual 60, and the actual wait time was even longer. 2.) Because of tread wear, the mechanic decided not to rotate the tires (good call!). But tire rotation was not removed from the bill until we pointed out this mistake (not good). More
