The car I bought had multiple warning lights turn on after just 4 days. I admit, I was angry when I called, but rather than provide good service or express concern or empathy, I was spoken to in a very after just 4 days. I admit, I was angry when I called, but rather than provide good service or express concern or empathy, I was spoken to in a very condescending manner. I was told, “you bought a used car , warranties were offered to you and you chose to decline those options”. Someone shouldn’t need to buy a warranty just because a car is used. It should be good quality when it’s sold, and this vehicle clearly was not ready for resale. I asked several times “what am I missing? What makes this vehicle cheaper than similar ones on the lot?” No one disclosed any existing problems. Either someone didn’t do their job examining this car when it was brought in, or it was knowing resold with existing problems. I’m still waiting for someone to make it right. Walser has had the car for a week to fix it, at their request. My intent is to exchange the vehicle with the 30 day exchange policy. More

Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. When I got the vehicle back the vehicle paperwork said the tire where all inflated to 36psi, rotated and the oil was changed. When I checked the vehi When I got the vehicle back the vehicle paperwork said the tire where all inflated to 36psi, rotated and the oil was changed. When I checked the vehicle information center the tire pressures were not at 36 one was actually at 32lbs and showing it at right front. The next oil change service sticker on the windshield was not changed either. I brought it to the attention of the service representative who then took an air gauge and checked the tire pressure and found the right rear tire low at 32. Therefore, the tires were rotated just NOT serviced up to 36lbs as stated on the service sheet. Additionally, they did not reset the location indications for the tires. He then printed out a new service sticker for the windshield. Wait time for the service was a little more than an hour. A car wash would have been a nice touch to finish the job instead of changing the air conditioning settings and seat settings on my vehicle. More
