I was surprised that my pre-purchase inspection was the same review I normally get when I do an oil change. When I called for the appointment, Leslie quoted me $130, and 2 hours of wait time. Also, within 20 minutes of enrolling the vehicle in my list of vehicles - even though I didn't own it - I was approached by Ava from Subaru Loyalty. She impressed upon me that she could pay $7,500 for my used vehicle and I could move up to a more recent model. I asked her tongue in cheek if she thought that if I purchased the vehicle in the next few days for $12,000 and then sold it to her for $7,500, if that was going work out in my favor. She didn't get the joke. More
