I worked with JP at the service desk when I arrived at the dealer. JP was very apologetic for the delay and assured me he would get to me immediately when he did. Immediately JP served with a smile, explained that, the car will need the 30,000 miles maintenance and indicated that there was a Special going for it he explained what the service entails. In the past when I have had oil change at the Subaru dealer they had provided great service. He asked if I would like to stay for it and Also let me know that they can provide Lyft service for me to take me home and bring me back when the car was ready. JP followed everything.
