Friendly, fairly priced service and never any Mansplaining! I trust them to do what needs to be done, but not push unnecessary work. It’s refreshing. Highly recommend! Mansplaining! I trust them to do what needs to be done, but not push unnecessary work. It’s refreshing. Highly recommend! More
I was delayed due to oil being spilled on engine and had to wait for it to be cleaned, de-greased, and burnt off. I knew they were, but had been for just a short time and assumed that would be corrected at this service. I was told it was and the paperwork said it was, but once the car calibrated it showed the tires were still at 44 to 45 PSI. So, I bought a gauge and it confirmed they were still at the higher PSI. I bled them down to 36 PSI each, which is what I was told you mechanic had done. I'm not making any accusations, but I was also told I should plan on getting new tires the next time I come in for another service. This put the thought in my mind that there is a chance that being given the wrong information was deliberate with the thought that over-inflated tires would wear unevenly, and possibly more, and be telling me know I'll be needing new tires, I'd be prepped to buy tires from Walser the next time I'm there. While this is only a speculation and I know it could also just be simple human error, my guard will be up in the future and I'll look more closely paperwork and results of service. More
