Had my Outback in for the 48k maintenance service and was told the 30k was incomplete. When I ask to see what they were going by I was shown a CarFax report which added more work than the Subaru Owners Manua told the 30k was incomplete. Also, within 20 minutes of enrolling the vehicle in my list of vehicles - even though I didn't own it - I was approached by Ava from Subaru Loyalty. She impressed upon me that she could pay $7,500 for my used vehicle and I could move up to a more recent model. I asked her tongue in cheek if she thought that if I purchased the vehicle in the next few days for $12,000 and then sold it to her for $7,500, if that was going work out in my favor.
