Hello, In 2023 I chose Walser because of its reputation for quality and expertise. I was/am willing to spend a bit more on quality service than I could get cheaper elsewhere. I am glad the “Tech Video” f for quality and expertise. I was/am willing to spend a bit more on quality service than I could get cheaper elsewhere. I am glad the “Tech Video” feature is back. I really appreciated it when we bought our 2021 Forester. Then that service disappeared for a few visits. I was disappointed. I have come to appreciate the friendliness of your welcoming service advisors, like Beau Whitam who gave me top notch customer service yesterday when I had my oil changed and tires rotated (supposedly). But I’m a bit nervous after my visit. My Multi-Point Inspection report shows my Tire Pressure going IN was 36psi and going OUT was 36psi. I know for a fact that going in my tires were all around 30 or 31 and I’ve had one problematic tire all along that constantly leaks and it’s often at 28 before I manually fill it up again. But, when I left yesterday, I noticed all my tire pressure readings were hovering around 30 or 31, no where NEAR the 36 reported. It makes me also wonder if the tires got rotated as requested. I should have marked them to verify, but I have come to trust Walser in all regards. Technician # 16835 video was also “unacceptably” rushed. I had difficulty understanding him or what he was saying. Not confidence building as previous visits. So, over all, Beau and Walser are still held in high in my regard but I’m concerned about the quality of my service call. We had an outstanding experience at Walser Subaru. On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, all our engine lights came on and our engine temp began to rise slightly. We were worried that our weekend wou On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, all our engine lights came on and our engine temp began to rise slightly. We were worried that our weekend would be ruined, as our household only has one vehicle. We were lucky enough to find Walser Subaru's website though, and found that they offered a 9am mechanic appointment the next day! We took our car in right away at 9am and the team got to work immediately. They even offered us a ride home until the work was done and sent a Lyft to pick us up when our car was ready for pickup just a few hours later! Service was prompt, courteous, and high-quality. The garage and waiting areas were immaculate and all of the staff were very professional and supportive. We will continue to take our Subaru to Walser or mechanical work. They saved our holiday weekend and took such great care of us! More

Went in for a scheduled oil change and the overall review of the car that goes with it. Check in was quick, the rep was very cordial. I received a text video of the tech checking everything. Walser always does right by me. I go to them exclusively for maintenance because they use Subaru parts. They've even comped me a couple services over the years when I've been waffli I go to them exclusively for maintenance because they use Subaru parts. They've even comped me a couple services over the years when I've been waffling on getting work done (usually a inspection to find out what an issue is). Their staff is polite and knowledgeable and they work pretty quickly -- especially if you book the service before hand. The waiting area is comfortable and I really like the text updates on my service while I wait! More
