Walser Subaru Service in Burnsville MN gives the best service of any car place I have ever been. It is the only place I will get my car worked on. I've worked with him a few times and his quality of Customer Service is excellent EVERY TIME. I have worked in customer service in one form or another much of my career so my standards are pretty high. JP exceeds my standards. He is very thorough in his explanations, he is very patient in answering questions and his pleasant personality is absolutely authentic. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 50 minutes. So I waited at the dealership. I got a text saying I'd receive a video of the car inspection/work shortly. I Was told it would take about 50 minutes. So I waited at the dealership. I got a text saying I'd receive a video of the car inspection/work shortly. I never got a video and it took double the time to get my car back. It was slightly over 2 hrs with no explanation as to why. When I walked to my car I noticed bright green spray paint on one tire and the rim. I had to ask if it would come off. I shouldn't have to clean it up? Then when I got home I noticed that the tire actually appeared new so I checked the spare and saw that they had put my "used" tire there. I wasn't sure what was going on since my car is brand new. I was wondering if something bad had happened and that's why the service took so long with no communication? I called Kate back the next day and she explained that it's what they normally do. I'm appreciative of the free first 2 oil changes, and Kate was very nice- but I was left feeling like I'd rather just pay and go to Valvoline next time where I can see what's happening to my brand new car. More
