Walser Subaru never disappoints when I need to use their services. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my Subaru in for service before going out of town for a funeral. 200 miles into the trip the low oil light comes on. Next morning we checked the oil and there is no oil in the dip stick and we found for a funeral. 200 miles into the trip the low oil light comes on. Next morning we checked the oil and there is no oil in the dip stick and we found there is almost no coolant. So clearly no service was done to my vehicle while they had it for 6 hours and when I told them this the boy I spoke to didn’t believe it. On top of that, when I went to pick up my vehicle from the original service, they brought me the wrong car. Place is almost always empty so I don’t know what the confusion was about. I would rather blow my car up than let them ever touch my vehicle again. More
