Driving used 2023 Subaru Crosstrek almost 2 weeks now. Car runs great, was very clean. My sales contact Carlos was very helpful every step of the way. I live in WI about 5 hours from the dealer, so a t Car runs great, was very clean. My sales contact Carlos was very helpful every step of the way. I live in WI about 5 hours from the dealer, so a test drive was not on my itinerary. Carlos provided a video tour of the car. Completed most paperwork through secure digital, the only things requiring a "wet" signature were sent to me Fedex with a prepaid return envelope. Couldn't have been easier. Likely unaffiliated but shout out to the delivery person/company for keeping me informed at every step and navigating WI's notorious construction season. More
