You should include a MAYBE recommendation instead of just YES or NO. I do not use Subaru Service Centers because you OVERBOOK appointments. Your time isn't more important than mine. When I go to a local service guy if my appointment is at 10am, I get in at 10am and out when he/she is done. Waiting almost two hours for someone to look at the current software rev and then upgrade it is unacceptable. More

Phenomenal service from the technicians at Walser Subaru.
