Had every oil change on this vehicle done at this location since vehicle purchase in 2020 - normally 5-star service. Representative who checked me in expressed concern over running car through ca location since vehicle purchase in 2020 - normally 5-star service. Representative who checked me in expressed concern over running car through car wash due to small aftermarket light-bar mount on front license plate. I assured the representative the accessory had been through their carwash a handful of times since installation without issue and to please run the car through the wash - car was unwashed upon pickup. Also, the little windshield sticker that indicates date/mileage for next service was not replaced/updated during/after service. While I was waiting for my car to be ready for me to leave, I happened to have overheard another customer say their car also did not get an updated sticker, but I didn't notice mine until I was already halfway home. Techs did a fine job otherwise as well as took care of a recall fix. I'm sure it was just a busy day and next time will be back to 5-stars. More
