Wait time took longer than expected but I understand they're busy. I'm grateful they provide snacks and drinks while I waited for over 2 hrs. The nice part about my experience at this dealer is that every time I go in, everyone at the Service and Parts Dept have been very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. They greet you and make you feel welcomed. Every time I go in for parts or installation of parts for my new Legacy, they take the time to explain to me the process and estimate time and fees it takes to get the service done. This is the kind of courtesy I would expect when I walk to get services, Thank you and keep it the good work. I'm looking forward to working with you in the near future to get my car serviced and 1st oil change. More

I brought my Forester in because another garage had told me the transmission was going bad, and there was a grinding noise. Mr Waldoch drove the car and checked out the transmission along with several other me the transmission was going bad, and there was a grinding noise. Mr Waldoch drove the car and checked out the transmission along with several other parts. He fixed the grinding noise and said the transmission was fine. The video was extremely informative, loved that I could see under the car. Mr Waldoch pointed out other things that will need repair. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection. I was only charged for changing 2 light bulbs. More
Every time I've had service at the xx paul location I've had to make an extra trip back because the technicians neglected to complete the job. One time they didn't latch the front hood which I didn't disco had to make an extra trip back because the technicians neglected to complete the job. One time they didn't latch the front hood which I didn't discover until I was on the freeway, another time after an oil change a cover was left hanging underneath the car and I had to tape it shut myself when I got home. This last time the battery change caused my windows not to open and I had to go back to have that fixed. This is why I am making Bloomington subaru my primary service location. More
