I brought my Forester in because another garage had told me the transmission was going bad, and there was a grinding noise. The video was extremely informative, loved that I could see under the car. Mr Waldoch pointed out other things that will need repair. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection. Every time I've had service at the xx paul location I've had to make an extra trip back because the technicians neglected to complete the job. One time they didn't latch the front hood which I didn't disco had to make an extra trip back because the technicians neglected to complete the job. One time they didn't latch the front hood which I didn't discover until I was on the freeway, another time after an oil change a cover was left hanging underneath the car and I had to tape it shut myself when I got home. This last time the battery change caused my windows not to open and I had to go back to have that fixed. This is why I am making Bloomington subaru my primary service location. More
