Great work on my car, but didn't get a call back or updates on my car. Called them many times throughout the day with no luck getting through. I knew it was going to take a while but they actually got it finished faster than I had expected! Nice waiting area too with lots of complimentary snacks/drinks. Keshawn took care of me and he was amazing! He consistently checked in and kept me updated with the process while I waited, and even went through and explained things from the inspection for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ask for Keshawn! He's the best! More

I purchased a used car from Walser and they convinced me to buy the extra maintenance coverage to take care of my car for years to come. Just prior to my appointment my tire pressure warning light came on. to buy the extra maintenance coverage to take care of my car for years to come. Just prior to my appointment my tire pressure warning light came on. When I dropped off my car I spoke with the representative about it and they said they would take care of it. When I picked up my car after service had been completed I asked if they were able to take care of the warning light. The person who handed me my paper work said they took care of everything. I got in the car and the warning light was still on, I flagged down a different representative who then told me they don't carry the tools to reset the light and I would have to go to a dealer who sells these cars This was the second incident like this. The previous happened about 6 months ago when I received notification there was a software update for my cars system and when I brought the car in they told me they couldn't handle it because it is not the brand of car they sell here I'd have to go to a dealer who sells this type of car and have the install performed. Here is my problem, why and the heck would I spend money on an extended service plan if the place cannot perform the service. If they can't do the work they have no business promoting this offer If I had known this was going to be my experience with this service I may not have spent the extra money, I may even have gone to the dealer they came referring me to. More
