During my oil change inspection, it was discovered that a part needed to be repaired and per the video was a safety concern. Despite the severity of the issue, I was not notified of the problem (other than t part needed to be repaired and per the video was a safety concern. Despite the severity of the issue, I was not notified of the problem (other than the video). Additionally, I was allowed to leave the lot with no additional solution or assistance. Upon leaving and further investigation (on my own), it was discovered that the part is covered under my extended warranty. Therefore, the issue could have been resolved immediately and I could have driven away safely. Instead, I was allowed to leave after being told the issue was a safety concern, quoted almost $600 for the repair, and now have to wait a week to have the part repaired. Very disappointing. More
