Walser Subaru St. Paul - Service Center

The service was fine, not excellent and not poor, but fine. The other dealerships we have had our Subarus serviced at provide more service for the same or less cost. i.e. washing the car and not charging fine. The other dealerships we have had our Subarus serviced at provide more service for the same or less cost. i.e. washing the car and not charging for putting the new cabin air filter in when the old one was already removed and would’ve been put back in had I not chosen to have it replaced. Because of those two things and the longer drive to get there I don’t anticipate going back to this dealership for service. More

The dealership apparently had no record of the appointment I had made that day. The people working the front desk had poor customer service communication skills. I also waited for ten minutes after my vehicle was done for the workers to tell me my car was ready when I could see it done and they were not helping other customers. I will likely not come back due to the issues with booking and lack of transparent pricing. More
