First of all I was pleasantly impressed with your dealership showroom and associated sales offices. I had brought my 2019 Subaru Forester for service. Must say that the service arranged by Michael Lo dealership showroom and associated sales offices. I had brought my 2019 Subaru Forester for service. Must say that the service arranged by Michael Lopez, a Service Advisor was exceptional indeed. Michael listened and fully explained what was needed to be done to properly service my Subaru. He arranged for a loaner car because the work was going to take some time. Seamless service !! I bought me Subaru from another dealership in the Twin Cities. Based on my experience, I will bring my Subaru to Walser from now on !! More

My first service experience with Walser Suburu St Paul was totally professional and enjoyable. I was greeted by the service desk personnel who went over my service request (6,000 mile checkup) and explain was totally professional and enjoyable. I was greeted by the service desk personnel who went over my service request (6,000 mile checkup) and explained what would be done and the expected time of completion. The process went on schedule and I had an enjoyable time in the waiting area. Once the car was done, the service person came to me and reviewed the work done and told me the car was ready for me. I also had a question concerning a small nick in the front windshield. He reviewed the steps I needed to do and contacted Twin City Auto Glass to contatc me. This happened and the glass company called the insurance company for me and got the process going. Fixing my windshield was completed today at my house and was very satisfying. Great job. I am happy with the car and the service I received from your dealership. More

I went in on September 11th for an oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted them to check for a slow leak on my front driver side tire. They said they checked it for a leak and also checked the rear dr rotation. I also wanted them to check for a slow leak on my front driver side tire. They said they checked it for a leak and also checked the rear driver's side tire as well. I had marked the front driver side tire before I went in to make sure that it was at least rotated but didn't think to check for the mark right away. However, a few days after I had the service done, I decided to check for the mark on the tire, expecting to find it on the rear driver side tire if the tires had been rotated. I found the mark on the front driver's side tire once again and I've been monitoring that tire for the last couple of weeks just to make sure that I wasn't confused about something with the mark I had placed on it. The front driver's side tire continues to lose air, just as it did before I brought it in for service, which says to me that they never rotated the tires and now I'm not even sure if they actually checked it for a leak. It's very frustrating to think that I'm trusting someone to do a service and with my own monitoring find out that they did not perform it but got paid for it. Can anyone tell me why this happened? More
