The building is nice and the frontline workers seem genuinely friendly and interested in making the best of a situation. I’ve been coming here for years I recently purchased a used vehicle which had genuinely friendly and interested in making the best of a situation. I’ve been coming here for years I recently purchased a used vehicle which had a number of problems that didn’t show up on the car fax. Many of the items that were shown to me during the selling process didn’t actually work. (Important reminder to try out everything) I’m not upset that a used car had problems, or that being a loyal customer (who’s spent 10’s of thousands over the years) seems to not mean much - I was really only upset that the dealership was completely unaware of the issues with the car they just sold. It took 3.5 hours to find the root cause of the issues. I’m mad that the vehicle apparently met their standards for purchase and resell. Offering a family discount felt like an insult. It’s not a bad car, but I don’t believe it’s worth what I’m paying, and I feel cheated. More

We’ve been receiving excellent service since buying our Outback from this dealership. My only negative was not catching that we were having inner tire wear, which forced us to buy new tire much earlier tha Outback from this dealership. My only negative was not catching that we were having inner tire wear, which forced us to buy new tire much earlier than expected. The multipoint inspection should have caught the wear and we could have gotten an alignment for a lot less than new set of tires. However, this recent service was awesome, as Ben took care of everything from start to finish. More
