Jennifer,our salesperson ,was excellent . I would imagine that many cars are sold and delivered on Saturdays.. Our new car was presented to us wet and not at all detailed . When I asked tha I would imagine that many cars are sold and delivered on Saturdays.. Our new car was presented to us wet and not at all detailed . When I asked that it be detailed they said they couldn’t do that until Monday. We agreed to leave the car through Monday at which time they said they would call me with a pick up time. When I received no call by noon on Monday I called and no one was available to tell me the pick up time so I could plan the rest of my day. Finally about three hours later I was called and told that their employee did not come in and that we would have to pick it up hopefully on Tuesday. I felt that Walser should have been on top of the situation and communicated on a timely basis. The dealership was definitely a disappointment. More
